Ingredients
Base- Oats
- Sesame Flour
- Fibre Syrup
- Almond Milk
- Sweetened Coconut Condensed Milk
- Raw Melted Chocolate
Instructions
- Mix around 50g of oats and sesame flour (whilst adding almond milk until a thick consistency appears)
- Once you have your base mixture, mix in fibre syrup (not too much) until the base becomes a touch more sticky
- Flatten the base out in a square tin and pop it in the fridge for 1-2 hours
- Whilst the base is setting, mix together smooth PB and hemp protein powder. Use 1 scoop of protein and add PB until it's a thick consistency (it wont work if the PB is runny)
- Once the base has set, spread the PB layer on top as well as the sweetened condensed milk and leave to chill for 30 minutes
- Once the 3 layers have chilled, heat raw chocolate over a pan until it melts and spread it over the remaining layers
- Lastly sprinkle coconut flakes on top and cut the layers into slices
