How do I use Protein Pancake Mix?

Protein Pancake Mix makes it really simple to make these delicious high protein pancakes. To make the batter simply add two large scoops of the protein pancake mix to 100ml of water in your GN™ Blender Bottle and shake. In a non-stick frying pan heat a small amount of oil over a moderate heat - we recommend our Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Once the pan is heated pour half the batter into the pan and cook for approximately 90 second or until the pancake is golden brown on the underside and set on top. Then flip and cook for a further 60 seconds until the pancake is cooked evenly on both sides. Once you’re done serve the pancake with your favourite toppings. We’ve put some delicious suggestions and variations together in the suggested use tab on this page.
