Why is Go Greens™ the best greens powder on the market?
As well as providing nutrients from 22 individual superfoods, making Go Greens™ the most comprehensive greens powder on the market, we also declare the exact levels of each ingredient within our formula meaning you can be assured that our formula isn’t stacked with cheaper powders such as soy lecithin, whilst containing only miniscule amounts of the more expensive and beneficial ingredients such as broken cell wall chlorella or spirulina. The majority of greens powders on the market do not declare the their individual product breakdown and this is something you should be very wary of.

Who should use Go Greens™?
Go Greens™ is ideal for supporting your general health and well being regardless of your training goals. With the modern western diet lower than ever in servings of vegetables and fruits and with crops now containing fewer trace nutrients than ever due to over-farming, many nutrition experts recommend a greens powder to boost daily micronutrient intake. A greens powder such as Go Greens™ is a great natural alternative to a vitamin and mineral supplement and provides nutrients which are highly bioavailable.
What are the ingredients in Go Greens™?
Go Greens™ provides 22 ingredients specially selected for their superior nutrient profiles and vitamin and mineral content. We have included popular superfoods such as alfalfa, spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella and barley grass, with nutrient dense vegetable powders such as broccoli, avocado, carrot and parsley alongside other carefully chosen leaf and herb extracts such as dandelion, sage, green tea, garlic, peppermint and spearmint. For a full breakdown of ingredients including inclusion levels please see the nutritional information tab.
How will Go Greens™ support my health?
Providing the equivalent 5-7 serving of vegetables and fruit Go Greens™ is packed with vitamins and minerals which have a number of benefits to health and wellbeing including increased energy levels and immune function. Containing high levels of antioxidants Go Greens™ will help to reduce free radical activity, which if not neutralised by antioxidants can negatively impact on recovery and training adaptations.
Go Greens™, alkalising green powder
Furthermore, as an alkalising greens powder Go Greens™ will help to make the body more alkaline and less acidic. The modern western diet is high in sugars and artificial ingredients which increase the acidity levels in the body. Acidity is linked to many negative health effects including pain and fat gain, it also makes the body a breeding ground for harmful viruses and bacteria. By lowering the pH of the body Go Greens™ improves health and wellbeing, helps prevent weight gain and limits the growth of these bacteria which in turn further supports immune function.
How should I use Go Greens™?
We recommend two 6.25g servings of unflavoured Go Greens™ per day mixed with 150ml of water. As Go Greens™ is such a nutrient dense greens powder, the unflavoured variety does have an earthy flavour which is not to everyone's taste. In this case we would recommend mixing with a fruit juice of your choice. If using a flavoured variety of Go Greens™ we recommend two 7.5g servings per day to get the same benefits. Go Greens™ can also be added to your smoothies and cooking to improve the nutritional content.
