What are Fresh Meals?

Our new and improved installment of freshly prepared meals have finally arrived!

Our meals offer a pioneering approach to macronutrient balanced meals. Unlike our competitors or supermarket microwave meals, our meals are expertly crafted in the kitchen for every order. We use only the finest, fresh ingredients sourced locally from farmers to improve sustainability and maintain the most premium freshness. Our meals offer the convenience of a ready meal, but the taste and nutrition value are incomparable to anywhere else.

Developed on site in our state of the art facility, our executive chefs have real passion for food ensuring the meals are compiled to our exact specification being nutritionally complete, with all natural ingredients and no added nasties such as preservatives. We truly believe you wouldn’t find these restaurant quality meals at such convenience anywhere else.

All meals are delivered straight to your door in our premium, chilled packaging via DPD. Not in? Simply advise DPD to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. Deliveries are available 3 days a week, including a Saturday option for a £1 surcharge.

  • Torgarshi Spiced Oyster Mushroom & Edamame Voke Bowl, Rice & Ponzu Dressing (v) - A vegan style poke bowl originated from Hawaii. We have blended pan Asian ingredients like tōgarashi - a common Japanese spice mixture - with oyster mushrooms.
  • Teriyaki Asian Beef Stir Fry With Rice Noodles, Radish & Sesame - A flavour packed dish providing a vibrant appearance using succulent slices of premium rump steak sautéed with a variety of colourful, nutrient dense ingredients all coated in a teriyaki sauce.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All meals will be delivered straight to your door in our premium, chilled packaging by DPD. Not going to be in? No problem, just let them know and they can leave with a neighbour or a safe place.

Deliveries are available 3 days a week and include Saturday delivery at a £1 surcharge.

All chilled deliveries are packed in insulated packaging with ice gel packs and are sent via a next day courier to ensure the ultimate level of freshness.

Please note, if ordering protein, supplements or any other items your order will be delivered at the same time.

Failed deliveries will not be re-attempted as fresh produce will not be suitable for consumption.

All our meals are made to order and always arrive fresh, special delivery rules apply.

Delivery will default to the next available delivery day, if you would like to change your order date please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an alternative date for you wherever possible.

Please note that our fresh delivery service excludes delivery to the Highlands & Islands. Unfortunately we cannot provide a next day service to these locations.

Returns

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, meals and fresh foods are not covered by our usual 30 day guarantee. Orders containing fresh products are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot typically be cancelled, however, we do allow these orders to be cancelled providing you call us before 4pm on the same day as placing your order, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Suggested Use

Instructions

Enjoy at any time of day. When heating, microwave on full power (900W) for three ½ minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before eating. For other microwave wattages, adjust times according to your manufacturer's handbook.

Are the meals freezable?

Yes, All our meals are freezeable. Just keep them in your fridge for up to 4 days of freshness alternatively they can be frozen for up to 3 months!
