What is Pea Protein Isolate?

How will Pea Protein Isolate help my training?
It is widely recommended that it’s necessary to consume 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight to support muscle growth and recovery. Pea Protein Isolate is also a natural source of essential micronutrients, including calcium, iron, zinc, selenium and vitamin E. The flavoured version of this product contains a small amount of cocoa powder, natural flavouring and some zero-calorie sweetener in the form of sucralose.

What goes well with Pea Protein Isolate?
To support lean muscle growth, we would recommend adding 5g of Creatine Monohydrate to your shake. Adding a scoop of Pure Fine Oats to your shake will also provide a low GI source of carbohydrate which can help to replenish glycogen stores after an intense training session. If you're after a flavoured version of this then it can be mixed with GN Flavours. We recommend about 1-2 scoops of flavouring per serving of pea protein to enhance the flavour.
