Chocolate Crumble Oats

Chocolate Crumble Oats | Sweet, Warm and Delicious

This chocolate protein porridge is sweet and delicious and perfect for warming up those cold winter mornings! The porridge contains added Coconut Butter to give it an extra creamy and luxurious texture. To take the dish to the next level, the crumble topping is added.

Ingredients:

60g Oats
30g mixed nuts
1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
1 tbsp of Coconut Butter
1 tbsp of Maple Zero Cal Syrup
250ml of milk

Method:

1. Roughly chop the nuts and add to a pan with 10g of the oats. Gently toast the oats and nuts for a few minutes, making sure to stir frequently to prevent burning.

2. When lightly brown, spoon out of the pan and set aside to cool.

3. Prepare the porridge by adding the remaining ingredients to the pan, simmer for 5 minutes and keep stirring until thick and creamy.

4. Spoon into a bowl and top with the crumble and some fresh fruit.

5. Enjoy!
