Peanut Butter Protein Flapjack

Peanut Butter Protein Flapjack | Fun and simple to make!

A delicious post workout treat that doesn't break the macro bank. Made using our brand new Peanut Butter Deluxe!

Ingredients:

130g Pure Fine Oats
180g of Choc Fudge Peanut Butter Deluxe
2 Scoops of Triple Chocolate Whey Protein 80
15g Honey
1 Whole Banana
130ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 190C.

2. Add the pure fine oats, protein and semi-skimmed milk in to a bowl and mix. Then add your Peanut Butter Deluxe and 15g of Honey to the mix and stir well until all ingredients are combined thoroughly.

3. Next, take your baking tray and pour in the mixture.

4. Even the mixture out and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven, cut up and enjoy!
