Protein Banana Muffins

Protein Banana Muffins | A Mouthwatering Morning Treat

Try this tasty breakfast option which you can make easily in the comfort of your own home! We promise they'll always go down a treat!

Ingredients:

1 Medium Banana
180ml Liquid Egg Whites
½ cup of Non-Fat Greek Yoghurt
2 scoops Whey Protein 80 (Vanilla Ice Cream)
60g Pure Fine Oats
2 tbsp Sugar
Optional to finish: 1 chopped Banana for decoration

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2. Put all ingredients in to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.

3. Get a 12 tin muffin tray and spray with cooking oil, then divide your mixture evenly in to each of the holders.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown.

5. Take out the oven, serve and enjoy!
