Protein Waffles | Fun and simple to make!

A delicious post workout treat that doesn't break the macro bank. Made using our Whey Protein 80 and Cream of Rice+! A big thanks to Alex (@SashaCitrus) for creating this recipe and letting us use it.

Ingredients:

35g Cream of Rice+
20g Triple Chocolate Whey Protein 80
15g Honey
1 Medium Banana
30g Low Far Choc Spread
Baking Powder
Milled Linseads
100g Berries
Splash of Agave Syrup or honey

Method:

1. Mash banana, then add cream of rice, baking powder, milled linseeds, cinnamon, mixed spices (just a little bit for taste), egg and splash of milk.

2. Whisk all ingredients together.

3. Spray your waffle maker with non-stick oil (i used coconut oil) and fry them until golden brown.

4. Decorate with choc spread and berries.

5. Enjoy!
