Choc-Mint Truffles

Choc-Mint Truffles | A protein treat for when you deserve a choc-mint boost

A delicious way to use our premium choc-mint flavoured whey protein. The only hard bit about this recipe is not eating them all once you've finished.

Ingredients:

4 scoops of choc mint Whey Protein 80
85g Coconut Flour
10g Cocoa Powder
50g Whole Porridge Oats
50g Whey Protein Crispies
250g 80% Dark Choc Callets
150g White Chocolate
Matcha Green Tea Powder (optional)
Mint Leaves to garnish (optional)

Method:

- Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

- Melt the dark choc callets in a microwave or in a glass bowl over the hob. Heat for 30 second bursts and stir until melted if using a microwave.

- Mix the melted chocolate into the dry. Stir really well and don't be afraid to get your hands in.

- Once mixed, chill in the fridge for 10 mins and then use your hands to shape the truffles.

- Place the truffles on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

- Melt the white chocolate and coat the truffles thoroughly. Place them back on the baking sheet, dust with Matcha and garnish with a mint leaf each.

- Leave to chill for 30-60 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.

- Enjoy!
