Chocolate Kirspy Tray Bake

Chocolate Krispy Tray Bake | Fun and simple - The waiting is the hardest part.

A delicious post workout treat or cheat day snack. Just don't eat them all in one! A big thanks to Lee (ThePersonalNutritionCoach) for creating this recipe and letting us use it.

Ingredients:

90g Gluten Free Rolled Oats (Blended)
50g Whole Porridge Oats
50g Puffed Brown Rice
2 Scoops GoNutrition Triple Chocolate Whey Protein 80
40g Organic Honey
50g Peanut Butter Deluxe
1 Banana (Chopped up)
Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate (Melted) (Optional)

Method:

Pulse the Rolled Oats in a food processer until they form the consistency of bread crumbs

Add the processed Rolled Oats into a large mixing bowl along with the Whole Oats, Puffed Brown Rice and GoNutrition Chocolate Whey Protein

Add in the Honey, Peanut Butter Deluxe, and Banana and mix together with your hands until a dough like texture is formed.

Press down into an 8x8 dish some parchment paper and add the mixture into the dish.

Press the mixture down into the dish until nice and even throughout.

Place 2 squares of the Chocolate into a microwaveable bowl and heat for 1 minute until melted.

Drizzle the Chocolate all over the mixture using the end of a knife or fork (This is the fun bit)

Place the dish in the fridge for around 2 – 2 ½ hours until set

Remove from the fridge and cut the tray bake into 8 equal rectangles
