Chocolate Protein Waffles

Chocolate Protein Waffles

Tired of pancakes? Try using your Protein Pancake Mix to make these delicious waffles. Thanks for the recipe @_elycia!

Ingredients:

30g chocolate banana Protein Pancake Mix
30g wholewheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
60g egg whites
4 tsp water
12g Powdered Peanut Butter
5g cocoa powder
1 Pro Crunch Bar
60g frozen berries

Method:

1. Mix together the dry ingredients.

2. Gradually mix in the egg whites.

3. Add the water until a batter-like consistency is achieved

4. Spray a waffle maker with low calorie cooking spray and add 3tbsp of the batter mix to each mould.

5. Cook for approximately 2 mins or until golden

6. Mix together the peanut butter, cocoa powder and water and drizzle on top

7. Add the Pro Crunch bar and berries

8. Enjoy!
