Maple Syrup Protein Fudge

Maple Syrup Protein Fudge | A Quick and Easy Indulgent Dessert

Cook up some Fudge with this easy to follow recipe! Containing our Vanilla Ice Cream flavoured Whey, it's a perfect treat for the weekend and will definitely cure those sweet tooth cravings!



3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Protein 80
2 tbsp 45ml Coconut Flour
½ cup Almond Butter
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp ZeroCal Syrup - Maple Syrup Flavour
Handful of Chocolate Callets



1. In a mixing bowl, combine GN’s Whey Protein 80 Vanilla Ice Cream and coconut flour. Mix well and put to one side.

2. In a pan over medium heat, add almond butter, coconut oil, and our zero syrup maple syrup flavour, stirring until the almond butter is melted and the mixture becomes smooth. Remove from heat and pour into the dry mixture, stirring until everything is combined.

3. Line a medium-sized container with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. Spread out evenly.

4. Place a handful of chocolate callets into a microwave safe bowl and cook, mixing every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted. Drizzle over the top of the fudge using a spoon. Place container into the freezer until set (approx 30 minutes).

5. Remove container from freezer and use the parchment paper to lift out the fudge. Use a sharp knife to cut into slices and enjoy!
