Pain au Chocolat

Pain au Chocolat | Protein packed pastries

Who says pain au chocolat are just for breakfast? Filled with chocolate hazelnut Pro-Crunch Spread and Whey More Nuts spread, enjoy these delicious protein packed pastries anytime! Thanks for the recipe @theblondiebaker!

Ingredients:

320g Jus-Rol Puff Pastry
100g Whey More Nuts
100g Pro-Crunch Spread
100g Natural Walnuts

Method:

1. Roll out rectangular pieces of Jus-Rol, so they are approximately 1cm thick

2. Add a tablespoon of Pro Crunch Spread and Whey More Nuts to either side of the pastry

3. Roll each side of the pastry into the centre

4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden

5. Top with melted Pro Crunch Spread and crushed walnuts

6. Enjoy!
