Chocolate Granola

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Granola | A guilt free morning treat!

Using our brand new Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Deluxe & Rolled oats this recipe is a perfect guilt free treat to enjoy for breakfast or as a morning snack!

Ingredients:

170g Gluten Free Rolled Oats
30g Whey Protein Porridge
20g Cashew Nuts(Blended)
20g Dark Chocolate Callets
20g Chocolate Peanut Butter Deluxe
20g Organic Coconut Oil
40g ZeroCal Syrup(Maple Syrup Flavour)
Sprinke of
Xylitol
Orange Zest
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 170° and line a baking tray with parchment paper

2. Add to a large mixing bowl, gluten free rolled oats, whey protein porridge, cashew nuts and dark chocolate callets, zest or orange, cinnamon and a generous sprinkle of xylitol. Mix together using your hands.

3. In a small saucepan, on a very low heat, mix together the peanut butter, coconut oil and zero cal syrup and keep stirring until dissolved together.

4. Pour the wet mixture onto the dry mixture and rub everything together with your hands until the mixture has blended together and becomes slightly sticky.

5. Add the mixture onto the baking tray and spread evenly.

6. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes until the mixture has become crisp.

7. Take out and leave to cool.

8. Enjoy with some natural yoghurt or just eat with your cereal to add extra crunch
