Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes | A high protein breakfast or snack

Whether you're looking for an early morning breakfast treat, or a sweet snack in the evening, these pancakes pack in plenty of protein, whilst remaining healthier than your usual sugar laden options.

You can flavour them with your favourite whey, or keep them savoury with a scoop of unflavoured protein, and then top with your favourite ingredients to make a delicious meal the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/2 Scoops Whey Protein 80 Powder

1 Scoop Fine Oats

1 Tablespoon Cashew Butter

1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Optional:

Bacon & ZeroCals Maple Syrup Sauce

Nut Butter

Fresh Fruit

Method:

1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together

2. Heat the coconut oil in a small frying pan, covering evenly

3. Add half the mixture to the pan and allow to cook until the bottom begins to brown

4. Flip the pancake over and continue to cook until both sides are cooked evenly

5. Repeat with the second half of the mixture

6. Plate the cooked pancakes up, and add desired toppings
