It’s Halloween weekend and we’ve got a protein packed pumpkin smoothie to share with you to celebrate!

Ingredients:

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Whey Protein 80 (vanilla)
1 banana, frozen
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Method:

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth

2) Poor in to a glass and Enjoy!
