Spiced Pumpkin Brownies

Pumpkin Spiced Protein Black Bean Brownies

In need of a sweet treat? We love @cleanleanbakes twist on the classic chocolate brownie! Packed with protein to help you feel satisfied for longer, these choccy creations are perfect with a cup of tea.

Ingredients:

45g Triple Chocolate Whey Protein
1 can black beans
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp baking powder
85ml egg white
1 egg
2 tbsp pumpkin spice mix
1 tbsp low sugar fruit syrup
30g prunes
40g Dark Chocolate Callets

Method:

1. Blend together all the ingredients, except the callets, until smooth

2. Mix in the chocolate callets

3. Pour mixture into a deep baking tray

4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes

5. Enjoy!
