Stir Fried Beef with Noodles

Stir Fried Beef with Noodles | A nutritious and tasty meal

This delicious stir fry dishes up a huge serving of protein and fibre whilst ensuring your carbohydrate intake is kept to a minimum.

You can easily adapt this recipe by changing the meat you choose, or by switching the noodles for rice and throwing in your own choice of veg.

The recipe requires very little preparation, and is ready to eat in just a matter of minutes making it the ideal post-workout meal.

Ingredients:

1 Sirloin Steak

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon ZeroCals Sauce (Maple Syrup)

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

25g Cashews

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Vegetables Of Choice

1/2 Pack Of Zero Carb Noodles

Method:

1. Remove the steak from the fridge half an hour before cooking to allow it to warm up to room temperature

2. Heat a griddle pan and add the steak using coconut oil to stop it from sticking. Cook the steak for a couple of minutes on each side depending on how well done you like it

3. Drain the noodles and begin to heat in a pan with the veg and cashews.

4. Add the soy sauce, ZeroCals sauce and garlic powder to the noodles and veg

5. Take the steak off the heat and allow to rest on a chopping board for a couple of minutes

6. Put the noodles and veg into a bowl, slice the steak and add on top
