Our Ultimate Antioxidant Smoothie is packed full flavour whilst ensuring their are plenty of healthy ingredients to help you banish free radicals.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can easily adapt the ingredients to suit your tastes. You can add in extra fruits and play around with the flavour of protein powder you put into the smoothie.

This recipe is so simple that it's simply a case of putting all of the ingredients into a blender

Ingredients:

1/2 tbsp Freeze Dried Strawberries

1/3 Cup Yoghurt

1 tbsp Almond Butter

1/2 tbsp Dried Goji Berries

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Scoop GN Whey Protein 80

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Method:

1. Simply add all of the ingredients into your blender and blitz for 30-45 seconds

2. Pour into a glass and drink
